My VirtualHostX serial number isn't working!

If your VirtualHostX serial number isn't working, here are a few quick things to check:

  1. Capitalization matters. Make sure to copy and paste your serial number and license name from the registration email you received after purchasing.
  2. Make sure you're running the correct version of VirtualHostX for your serial number. Major updates of VHX (example: v1.0 to v2.0) are paid upgrades and require a new serial number. You can upgrade to the newest version with a discount, or you're welcome to continue using the previous version if it still works for you.
  3. Finally, make sure your internet is working. VirtualHostX checks your serial number online when you register the software.
